Your booking with us is subject to the following conditions:
DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS acts at all times as an agent, sub-agent or broker for various principals and other parties, inter alias operators, airlines, touring firms, hotels and other providers of tours, transport, sea or land arrangements and other travel- related services. We act on behalf of these principals and are not responsible for acts of error or omission made by them or their agents.
“ Kindly note that Airfares on Most Airlines do not include Commission to Tour Operators, therefore we reserve the right to charge a Travel Agents Service Fee (TASF). This means that the amount reflected on your ticket is not necessarily the amount that you will be Charged”
Reservations and payment policies:
An advanced deposit of no less then 50% is required. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is to be received six weeks prior to departure. DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS reserves the right to cancel any reservation in respect of payments not received timorously. Prices are quoted at the ruling daily exchange rate. Prices are correct at the time of print, no prices are confirmed until tickets and documents have been issued. Airfares are subject to the prices and conditions quoted by the airlines and cannot be guaranteed by DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS. All payments and deposits shall be payable in advance, without any deductions set off, directly into the DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS bank account.
The client shall have no claim against DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS arising out of miss-description in any respect of the products, howsoever caused.
Method of Payment:
DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS will accept payment by cash, deposit, electronic bank transfers and by credit card. Credit card payments will have to be guaranteed by the tour operator or the client. The client will have to complete a credit card authorization form and submit a copy of his ID & front and back of the credit card, in order to pay by credit card. Please Note: We do not accept credit cards for Hajj and Umrah accommodations. When making cash deposits into our bank account, please add extra R 2.50 for every R 100.00 being deposited.

Cancellations and Amendments: All cancellations and amendments must be done in writing.
DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS reserves the right to claim a cancellation fee. The customer will be liable for
an administration fee payable to DUZI TRAVEL & TOURS in respect of each amendment.
Refunds and Unused services: No refunds will be made for no-shows or any unused services.
Passports, visas, re-entry visas, exit visas, vaccinations and inoculations:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer alone to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, re-entry visas, exit visas, vaccinations and inoculations. The company shall not be liable or responsible for any consequences of any nature arising from the customer failing to comply with all requirements.
Responsibility and reliability:
All meals and anything of a personal nature are for the client’s own account, unless otherwise stated in the itinerary or voucher.
